Wigmore is a unique soft, unctuous ewes milk cheese reminiscent of a brie, with the unique flavour of Anne Wigmore’s superb sheeps’ milk

Characteristics: Soft, pale paste with a voluptuous consistency and an array of flavours combining wild flowers, burnt caramel, macadamia nuts and roast lamb.

Best with: Cabernet Merlot or sparkling wine.
