This is a mellow yet full flavoured goat’s cheese, perfect for those who have not yet been converted to goat’s cheese.
Characteristics: It has a natural dull yellow rind with a smooth, buttery paste. It has a rich almost caramel flavour with a slightly salty aftertaste.
Best with: smooth and medium bodied red wine such as a Merlot.
