Ticklemore was first made in the mid-eighties and takes its name from a street in nearby Totnes.
Characteristics: light, gentle, floral and herby taste that is ice-creamy cool with a moist crumbling texture.
Best with: a glass of Sharpham Pinot Gris made at Sharpham’s own winery.
