Used to bring Wallace back from the dead in the Curse of the Were-Rabbit, this famously pungent cheese gets its name from the local perry it is washed in.

Characteristics: orange rind and pale paste; aromatic, velvety, luscious texture; sweet, slightly burnt-toffee, milky on the finish.

Best with: hoppy ale.
