Produced by the Treur Family in Woerden, Chevretta is exceptionally smooth, creamy and surprisingly sweet.

Characteristics: pale, hard, smooth paste; sweet, nutty, herbaceous flavour.

Best with: Chevretta is wonderful cubed in a salad, but exceptionally good with a crisp lager.
